Ground Control
During the cause of test, fluid should be controlla-bly guided into separator and burner after flowingthrough drilling rod or tubing, the assembly is named ascontrol assembly, which can control the pressure andflow-rate of the fluid safely and effectively.
Control Head Jointed with the upper of the test string, control headis classified into rotary head and un-rotary head of twokinds, and also into three kinds of 35MPa, 70MPa and105MPa according to the bearing pressure, and it canlet the high-pressure fluid flow out of string, but alsopump fluid into well.

Rigid manifold
Used to control fluid pressure and flow-rate, rigidmanifold is jointed with control head upwards and con-nected with separator and blowout pipeline downwards.
The working pressure includes 35MPa, 70Ma and105MPa with appropriate test pressure of 70MPa, 105Ma and 140MPa.

Active manifold
Used to joint the control head, rigid manifold andblowout pipeline, the manifold consists of special EUEseamless steel pipeline union and active elbow.
The working pressure includes 35MPa, 70Ma and105MPa with appropriate test pressure of 70MPa, 105Ma and 140MPa.
The manifold should be regularly inspected andlubricated, sealing ring should be replaced and sealingtested to ensure safety in test

High-pressure union
High-pressure union, importing international ad-vanced technology, is forged with high-strength alloysteel, strict heat treatment process can ensure that thenipple have uniform metallurgical structure and press-ing ability and the material meets ASTM and AISI Stan-dard and the technology indexes conform to API Spec6A, the product adopts some end connections of pipe-line thread, tubing thread, butt-weld and compress-seal. The type mainly consists of 100#, 200#, 206#, 207#, 211#, 300#, 402#, 600#, 602#, 1002#, 1003#, 1502#, 2002# and 2202#.

Plug valve is a necessary part that is connectedwith high-pressure manifold in operation of cementingwell and fracture in oil field and also suitable to gigh-pressure fluid control. As plug valve assembling, thesealing surfaces were coated with high pressure greasemade in USA and each valve was hydrostatic tested onstrength and seal and no-leakage valve was permittedto provide to user. It features compact structure, conve-nient maintenance, small torque, rapid open and simpleoperation, so it is the best valve in cementing/ fracturemanifold.

Plug valve mainly consists of valve body, handwheel, piston and etc.
The outlet adopts union 1502 connection (also or-dered as required by user) and column fitting exits between the valve body and liner, the outer circle of whichis sealed with seals mounted.
-Between liner and piston is sealed with columnmetal fitting and it features high fitting precision and re-liable seal.
-Notice: Under the 10000PSI pressure, the valvecan be easily opened or closed.

Operation & Application
-Plug valve shall be clean and high-pressure greaseshall be injected into valve chamber in time, otherwisethere may be leakage on the outlet.
-Before usage, it should be inspected whether theopening/closing situation be in line with sign and handwheel turning at 90 degree can create open/close.
-The clean and injection of oil/grease should be ex-ecuted after work is over. Regularly check whether all seals is damaged, the dam-aged seal should be replaced immediately; As the seal of the piston and liner fail, it should be dis-assembled and inspected, it can be polished or replaced.
